Dr. Ermias Kebreab has been appointed to the Committee on Anthropogenic Methane Emissions in the United States by The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. At the request of NASA, NOAA, EPA, and DOE, this study will examine approaches to measuring, monitoring, reporting, and developing inventories of anthropogenic emissions of methane to the atmosphere.
